This policy explains how to cancel, and when you are entitled to a refund, when you buy access to SQE Simplified. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are a consumer, you normally have a legal right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days, without giving a reason. This is known as the cooling off period and it begins on the day you buy.
Because our platform gives you immediate access to digital study content, you are asked, at the point of purchase, to agree that access can begin straight away and to acknowledge that, once it has, you lose the right to cancel for a refund. If you begin using the content during the cooling off period, this is what applies.
If you have not started using the purchased content, you can still cancel within the 14 day period for a full refund.
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide partial refunds for the remaining part of a billing period once it has begun, except where required by law.
Where you buy one off access to a specific subject or resource, the same digital content rule applies: once you have started using it, the purchase is not refundable, except where required by law.
Your statutory rights always apply. If the content you paid for is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us and we will put it right.
To cancel or to ask about a refund, email us at support@sqesimplified.com from the address linked to your account, telling us what you bought and when. We will respond promptly and process any refund you are entitled to using the same payment method you used to buy, normally within 14 days.
