SQE Simplified provides educational materials and study tools to support preparation for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination. SQE Simplified is an independent education provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, accredited by or sponsored by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Kaplan SQE or any SQE assessment provider.
The SRA does not approve, accredit or endorse SQE training providers. Any reference to the SQE, SRA, Kaplan SQE, FLK1, FLK2, SQE1 or SQE2 is made only to identify the relevant qualification, assessment route or examination component.
Use of SQE Simplified does not guarantee success in SQE1 or SQE2. It also does not guarantee admission as a solicitor, recognition of qualifying work experience, exemption approval, assessment eligibility or any decision by the SRA or SQE assessment provider.
Candidates remain responsible for checking the latest SRA and SQE assessment requirements, registering for assessments, booking their assessment sittings and paying all official assessment fees directly to the relevant assessment provider.
SQE Simplified is designed to support SQE preparation, revision and practice. It does not guarantee that any learner will pass SQE1, SQE2 or any other assessment.
Any progress score, mock result, readiness indicator, practice result or AI-assisted feedback is provided for study guidance only. These tools are not official SQE results and should not be treated as a prediction or guarantee of examination performance.
A learner's actual SQE result may be affected by many factors, including examination conditions, preparation time, legal knowledge, practical skills, assessment technique, wellbeing and the official marking process.
SQE Simplified may use AI-assisted tools to provide feedback on practice answers, written exercises, scenario responses and other learning activities.
AI-assisted feedback is provided for study guidance only. It is designed to help learners reflect on structure, issue spotting, legal analysis, drafting, writing style, client communication and assessment technique. It is not official SQE marking, does not replicate the judgment of an SQE assessor and does not predict or guarantee examination performance.
AI-generated or AI-assisted feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent. Learners should review all feedback critically and use it alongside model answers, tutor notes, official SQE assessment information and their own revision.
SQE Simplified may update, improve, correct or replace AI-assisted tools and feedback features over time.
The readiness indicator is based on a learner's activity, practice performance and platform usage. It is provided for study guidance only.
The readiness indicator is not an official assessment result, does not predict examination success and does not guarantee that a learner will pass SQE1, SQE2 or any other assessment.
Learners should use the readiness indicator as one part of their revision planning, together with their mock results, practice performance, confidence across subjects and understanding of the official SQE assessment specification.
SQE Simplified materials are provided for educational and revision purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice.
Legal principles, procedures and professional rules may change. While SQE Simplified aims to keep materials updated, learners remain responsible for checking the latest law, SRA requirements, SQE assessment specification and official guidance.
No solicitor-client relationship, adviser-client relationship or professional retainer is created by using SQE Simplified.
SQE Simplified may update, amend, remove or replace course materials, practice questions, mock assessments, explanations, model answers, audio content, AI-assisted tools and platform features from time to time.
Updates may be made to reflect changes in law, professional rules, assessment specifications, platform functionality, educational design or quality review.
SQE Simplified does not guarantee that all materials will remain unchanged throughout a learner's access period.
SQE Simplified course fees cover access to SQE Simplified preparation materials and platform features only.
Official SQE assessment fees are not included in SQE Simplified course prices. Candidates must pay official assessment fees separately to the relevant assessment provider.
Prices, discounts, access periods and package contents may change from time to time. Any applicable price will be shown at checkout before payment is made.
SQE Simplified access is personal to the registered learner and must not be shared, transferred, resold or made available to another person.
Learners must keep their login details secure and must not allow another person to access course materials, practice questions, mock assessments, AI-assisted feedback tools or other platform features through their account.
SQE Simplified may suspend or restrict access where it reasonably suspects account sharing, misuse, unauthorised copying, automated scraping, attempted resale or breach of the Terms of Use.
Returning learner pricing is available only to eligible customers with a qualifying completed purchase recorded under the same registered learner account.
The benefit is personal, non-transferable, redeemable once and cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be combined with another promotional offer unless expressly stated.
SQE Simplified may withdraw, reverse or refuse returning learner pricing where a qualifying purchase is refunded, cancelled, disputed, subject to chargeback or associated with suspected misuse.
No public or shareable discount code will be issued for returning learner pricing. Eligibility is checked automatically through the learner's account and purchase history.
Mock assessments, practice questions and scenario tasks are designed to support examination preparation. They are not official SQE assessment materials and are not approved, endorsed or provided by the SRA, Kaplan SQE or any SQE assessment provider.
Mock performance may help learners identify strengths and weaknesses, but it does not guarantee or predict performance in the official SQE assessments.
Learners should treat mock results as revision guidance and continue to review the official SQE assessment specification and relevant study materials.
All SQE Simplified course materials, including notes, questions, mock assessments, model answers, explanations, audio content, platform design, AI-assisted feedback outputs and downloadable resources, are provided for personal study use only.
Learners must not copy, reproduce, share, publish, distribute, sell, upload, scrape, adapt or use SQE Simplified materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
Screenshots, downloads and printed materials are for the registered learner's personal study only.
